Open LeashTracker, tap the gear icon, then Account → Delete account, and confirm with your password. Your account is deleted straight away. If you are the pack leader and other members are still in your household, hand the pack leader role to one of them first (Settings → Household).
Email leashtracker@dyniq.nl from the email address registered on your LeashTracker account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will confirm and process your request within 30 days.
We delete your account (name, email, password), and all app data tied to it: the walks you logged, reminder preferences, and push notification tokens. If you are the last member of your household, the household itself is deleted as well, with its dogs, their photos, schedules and all walks.
Deleted data can remain in our database backups for up to 30 days, until those backups are removed. We also keep a short record that a deletion took place (date, reason and how many items were removed), without your name or email address. Subscription and purchase records may be retained by our payment providers (Google Play Billing, RevenueCat) for as long as required by their own tax and accounting obligations — this data is controlled by them, not us; see our privacy policy for details on third parties.
